Carolyn Cullen (Director)

Carolyn is the owner and director of Monton Green Accountancy Ltd and has over 25 years’ experience in the accountancy profession. After qualifying as a chartered accountant and spending 7 years working at a big 4 accountancy firm Carolyn then spent 14 years working in industry gaining extensive experience of budgeting, forecasting and building financial reports to analyse business performance.

In 2017 Carolyn founded Monton Green Accountancy with the aim of helping local small businesses with their finances and their tax obligations.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys going to the theatre and the cinema with her family and tries to go running when she can.

Helen Singleton (Accountant)

Helen is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 20 years’ of experience in the accountancy profession. After starting her career and spending 8 years in private practice Helen then spent 10 years working in industry gaining extensive experience of accountancy systems, process improvements, management accounts and business analysis.

Starting with Monton Green Accountancy Ltd in July 2023 on a part-time basis Helen spends the rest of her week looking after her two small energetic children.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and exploring new places, eating delicious food and catching up with friends as often as possible.

Jayne Price (Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager)

Jayne has worked in accountancy departments within the private sector for 20 years, predominantly in construction. 

Starting with Monton Green Accountancy Ltd in March 2021, Jayne enjoys a varied role including payroll, VAT returns, CIS returns, day-to-day bookkeeping and everything in-between.

Out of hours, Jayne can be found on the netball court, taking her two daughters to the theatre, or walking her crazy Jack Russell, Ernie.

Diana Evans (Office Manager)

Diana is the Office Manager, joining the practice on a part-time basis in Jan 2020 following 30 years as a PA, providing secretarial and admin support.  Having worked in a large Finance team, Diana has also gained extensive knowledge and expertise supporting at Director level and across many different departments.

Diana spends the rest of her week assisting with the small family business which she is guiding through a modernisation programme and has first hand experience of the pressures small organisations can face.

In her spare time, Diana loves to relax and catch up with the latest Netflix series and also enjoys scenic walks with family or friends
